Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll drive the execution, planning, and release of impactful engineering projects, collaborating across the software lifecycle to ensure excellence in quality, speed, and scalability. You'll play a vital role in onboarding new payors, creating seamless integrations, and setting new standards for our engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform Strategy into Action: Develop, pilot, and iterate on new product implementations for both new and existing customers, translating product vision into technical strategy.
• Collaborate & Own: Work closely with cross-functional teams, serving as a technical lead to achieve business-critical goals.
• Champion Agile Practices: Lead end-to-end software development in an agile setting, working across our full tech stack.
• Drive Quality & Efficiency: Become proficient with our testing, deployment, observability, and monitoring tools, recommending improvements and mentoring others to foster a quality-driven culture.
• Mentor & Simplify: Guide teammates and promote simple, effective solutions for complex problems across our teams and products as we scale.

About You

• Experienced: 5+ years in software engineering, ideally with experience in customer-facing product development.
• Frontend Expert: Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Redux, with a solid understanding of CSS, component libraries, and design systems.
• Backend Capable: Experienced in building RESTful APIs and backend systems (Python/Django experience is a plus, though any backend expertise is valued).
• Adaptable: Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with multiple concurrent projects.
• Proactive Leader: Driven by a strong bias for action, ensuring projects move forward efficiently and produce measurable results.
