Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Rep to generate leads and grow our business for Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful lead generation and business development, with a deep understanding of the European market and business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for Europe, leveraging software services sales experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends, utilizing strong analytical skills and research techniques.
  • Generate leads through a variety of channels, including cold-calling, networking, and email campaigns, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers and partners, utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure successful lead conversion and customer onboarding.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing industry knowledge and positive attitude.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry news and trends, utilizing good common sense to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of the European market and business landscape.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
